Before you can get your designs manufactured here are several things you need to do.

Firstly you will need to get your designs professionally sketched. This will include all the detail we need to help us put your garments together. It will show the kind of stitching and finishing needed and the trimmings required.

Along with your sketch you will need to have a cutting pattern made. This must be done by a professional pattern maker. Each design or style will need its own set of cutting patterns. Within each design different sizes will need their own sized patterns. This is called grading, the pattern maker usually will also grade your designs to the required sizes.

You will then need to source the material needed for your designs. Ordinary items such as zips, buttons and thread can be found in trimming suppliers. You will need to provide us with the fabric to use and any labels you want us to put on.
